1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all offers, agreements, and deliveries by Water Exit B.V., registered in the Netherlands. By using our website or purchasing our products, you agree to these terms.
2. Products
The Water Exit emergency kit is a personal safety device designed to assist in vehicle escape during submersion. It is not a substitute for professional emergency services. Users are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the product before an emergency occurs.
3. Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Orders are confirmed via email. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
4. Shipping & Returns
Shipping times and costs vary by destination. Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt in unused condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
5. Liability
Water Exit B.V. is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the product. The product is designed as a supplementary safety tool and does not guarantee survival in all circumstances.
